Isn’t this guy SO adorable?! He prefers ice cream to sno-balls, but once he figured out the texture change, he got into the sno-ball. 🙂 I’ve photographed him since he was in his mama’s belly, and I can’t believe he’s so grown up already! His 2-year-old session is just around the corner!! I love his big smile, but he also has the most beautiful solemn face…check out the last heart-stopping image!!
Sweet Bella is TWO years old, and still one of my favorite kiddos ever! She can jump very high, and twirl, and RUN! She is very generous with kisses, and when she runs to me to give me a hug it melts my heart every time. I LOVE HER!!!
Little Eli is such a sweet little guy, and I’ve been photographing him since he was in his mama’s belly. He’s so expressive, and has been since he was a newborn! His mama is one of my favorite people in the world to sit and chat with, I wish we didn’t both work so much! 🙂
This was a fantastic session — beautiful setting, beautiful light, and THE MOST COOPERATIVE TWO-YEAR-OLD on the planet. For real. The sweetest little guy who lasted for over an hour of pictures. I was amazed! Little Gentry is now one of my faves, and I adore the image of his silhouette with his fat cheeks and little Buddha belly hanging over his waistband. These are also some of my most favorite family portraits ever! I love this sweet family, and handsome little charmer!
Sweet Keiran is such a gorgeous little guy. It was FREEZING that day, like in the 30s. But this guy was only in town from Chicago with his mama that day, and so we bundled up and crossed our fingers! And…it’s one of my favorite one-year-old sessions ever. The light was beautiful, this park was a perfect location, and we got some absolutely gorgeous images. Thank you for always letting me take pictures when you come to town, guys! I truly love seeing you. 🙂
Jack and Ben are some adorable little twins, don’t you think? I love them, they have the BEST SMILES!!! I’ve photographed them twice before, at their family maternity session and then again at their baby brother Charlie’s newborn session, but this session was just for them on their 3rd birthday. Their mama told me that she was trying to take a picture of them with her phone earlier in the day, and they told her, “No Mommy! Miss Olivia takes our picture!” — best compliment from a 3-year-old EVER!!! And don’t you love their Super Hero capes? They had a Super Hero birthday party, so we had to take some pictures in their awesome outfits! 🙂
I just realized I hadn’t posted Jude’s Sno-Ball Mini from back in July! They were just so cute I had to share. I LOVE how he showed up in his favorite outfit this summer, his jailbird black and white striped pajama pants and his NY shirt. Because that’s exactly what I wanted these mini-sessions to be — real images of your kiddos being themselves. Plus Jude’s gorgeous red, curly hair, bright blue eyes and peaches-and-cream complexion is just beautiful. Love it!!!
I got to spend the morning building spaceships out of cardboard boxes with these guys — and as a HUGE fan of playing with plain boxes and building WORLDS out of them with some markers, duct tape and, most importantly, imagination, I was pumped to photograph them!!! Big brother Daniel and little Dylan played so well together, occasionally working together and occasionally breaking off to do their own things. I thought it was great to have such a laid-back, lazy-summer-morning session with the boys keeping themselves occupied with only their own imaginations. They’re so unique, yet little Dylan is at the age where he copies EVERYTHING his big brother does. It’s adorable!!! I loved spending my morning with them.
“Let me show you how to do that…”
And then, “Ummm, I don’t think you’re right about that…”
Look at those feet!!! And those PERFECT curls!!!
We’ve only got a couple of Sno-Ball Mini-Sessions left! Send Olivia an email at email@example.com to book yours today!
LOVED. THIS. MINI-SESSION. Loved it!!! This family’s favorite sno-ball stand is Hansen’s on Tchoupitoulas. And I gotta say, the cardamom-vanilla flavor is AMAZING. Baby Noam was the star, which was perfectly appropriate since he is a Sno-Ball Vacuum. Seriously, he finished his and then cleaned up the last melted inch left in everyone else’s cups. I love his wild-man summer hair and how seriously he went after his sno-ball (wouldn’t let anyone else touch his cup or even his body while he ate! He shrugged off his sister’s arm around his shoulder!). His older brother Leo is really into long sleeves and pants in this triple-digit weather, and always dresses himself in those clothes like he doesn’t even feel the heat. He wore a tie today because Ingrid had a bow on her shirt, and he felt he needed some lagniappe for his outfit, too. (God, I love kids!!!) Miss Ingrid has a space left where she’s lost bottom teeth that PERFECTLY fits a straw. How convenient is that?! I love these kiddos, and these pictures. Green tongue from a mint sno-ball!!!
Full belly = happy baby!!!
